Enables safe, reliable and sound-neutral operation with all amps and cabinets that actually have different impedances in a simple way. For example, it is possible to use the Fender 59 Bassman with 2 Ohm with a 4x12" Marshall cabinet with 16 Ohm. 

All impedance ratios are possible, now also with "crooked" values such as 2.7 and 5.3 ohms.

This means that, for the first time, it is now possible to combine different impedances:

4Ω and 8Ω at the same time: use 2.7Ω tapping.

NOTE: the 135 Watt Twin Reverb / Showman amp models (from mid 1970s to 80s) must use the 013830. 

Also used in the Mesa Boogie MK 1 (NO REISSUE!) and MK 2 Series with NO FAN!. 

For the Mesa Boogie MK 1 REISSUE and MK 2 Series WITH FAN the power transformer 561141 has to be used. 

Does not fit on `65 Fender® Twin Reverb Reissue: see transformer 037611.
