Secure payment

Payment by card: American Express, Mastercard, Visa and JBC credit or debit thanks to the Redsys virtual POS). The payment gateway is 100% secure and we will not have your card details at any time. In our office we also accept card payments.

Bank transfer: The bank transfer is effective 24-48 hours after making it. The bank deposit at the ATM or at the branch cashier is immediate. La Caixa is the collaborating entity that makes the cashiers available 24 hours a day or the cashier at the branch from 09:00 to 11:00. This method of payment has a 1% discount on purchased items.

Cash on delivery: This option is valid for selected items.

Payment at our office: We accept payment in cash or by debit or credit card. The opening hours with PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT are from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. CLOSED FOR COVID-19.

Payment with Western Union: Payment must be made within a maximum period of four calendar days in Euros. You must indicate the data of the sender of the payment in the tab "Report a Western Union payment" of your account created in our online store.

Paygold: if you place an order by phone, you can pay by card from the La Caixa payment gateway when we send you an SMS or email. The additional cost for this service is € 0.30.
