ELECTRONICS DANCE VINTAGE PARTS S.L. guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the website and, in compliance with the provisions of the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data 15/1999 of December 13, approved by Real Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 and the European regulations of May 25, 2018 and other applicable regulations, informs you that:

Order confirmation

When you place an order to purchase a product on electronicabaile.com, we will send you an email confirming your order including all your details.

Prices and availability

We include on the Website information about the availability of the products we sell, detailing it on the information page for each of the products. Please note that estimated shipping times are estimates only. These are not guaranteed delivery times and, therefore, cannot be taken for granted. When we process your order, we will inform you by email or phone call if any of the products included in your order are not available. Please keep in mind that we have three other online stores and that we also sell in a physical store and stock outages may occur.

All prices include 21% VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Products rated "on order" will be delivered in around 2 to 31 days and cancellations are not allowed both before delivery and when you have it in hand.

Orders may be canceled without prior notice if the cost price for us of the spare part makes it unprofitable due to the growing inflation we are currently experiencing since we do not receive notice from our suppliers of their price increases.

Shipping costs

Packages are generally sent within a period of 24-48 hours after receipt of your payment (except for external causes that prevent us from generating shipping labels) although they may leave on the same day if it is urgent, Mensos or our volume of work provides us with greater speed. We work with DHL and Emissaries thanks to our commercial agreements with them.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. National shipping will be made with DHL Parcel and DHL Express Domestic (in remote areas of Spain or with low delivery density it may take 48 hours). Shipping with DHL Parcel has only one delivery attempt. If you are absent, the courier will deposit the order at the Service Point closest to the address you have given us and it will be there for ten days.

The price of all our shipping methods from the first item to the last one ordered from us are fixed (flat rate shipping), so you can order everything you want because you will only pay once and without a weight limit.

For international shipments, you have two types of shipping that we work with DHL: DHL Express Worldwide and DHL Global Mail. In the case of DHL Express, your order may be stopped by customs and you will have to pay tariffs and management costs (Electronic Baile does not will pay these expenses). In the case of DHL Global Mail, if your order is stopped by customs, it would be the main operator in your country that would notify you. This shipping method consists of DHL picking up the shipment from us in Madrid and then taking it by plane to Frankfurt where they then process it and send it to your country by plane or by truck so that your postal operator can then deliver it to you (for example USPS , Royal Mail, La Poste, Post NL, Canada Post...)

NOTE 2019: IF YOU ARE A CITIZEN OF AUSTRALIA, CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES, IT ALLOWS YOU TO IMPORT WITHOUT PAYING ANY FEES OR DUTIES UP TO $800. IN THE CANARY ISLANDS YOU ARE EXEMPT FROM PAYING MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMS FEES UP TO €150 AND IN CEUTA AND MELILLA THE MANAGEMENT FEES ARE MANDATORY WITH DHL EXPRESS AND HAVE A COST OF €22 ALTHOUGH THIS FIGURE MAY VARY.

Payment Methods

Electronicabaile.com offers you various payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits you. You can pay your order by credit or debit card (Redsys), bank transfer, cash on delivery and Paypal.

All operations are processed instantly, and the card is charged for the total amount of the order. Your financial institution will charge you the amount in the terms and conditions that you have previously agreed upon.

The credit card payment method is totally secure through the Virtual POS of Banco La Caixa (Redsys). When you finish your order, the Secure Virtual POS screen of Banco La Caixa will be displayed so that you can enter your credit card details and when you confirm them, the Virtual POS will connect with your bank so that you can enter your password / pin / card coordinates to confirm the payment as it is a secure payment.

All your credit card data is only processed at Banco La Caixa's Secure Virtual POS, so ELECTRÓNICA BAILE does not have any access to it nor is it stored in our database.

In the event that the virtual POS reports that the card has been denied, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer of the cancellation via email.

If you place an order by phone and we use the Paygold service, €0.30 will be added to the final price.

Payment by bank transfer

You can make your purchases by bank transfer, making an automatic transaction or cash deposit into our La Caixa account. In this payment method and to speed up the shipping process, we will need to receive proof of payment to be able to send your order, taking a photo, scanning the transfer proof or sending it to our email clients@electronicabaile.com.

You have a period of 4 business days to order the bank transfer after placing the order. The order is not cashed until confirmation of payment and the entire amount in our account, so delivery times begin to count from this date.

Cash on delivery payment

It will only be made with DHL Parcel and the amount will vary depending on the final price of the shopping cart.

Pay by Paypal

This payment method has a surcharge that cannot be eliminated of 3.4% + €0.35 of the total price.

System security

You can buy with complete security, since all the data you fill in is absolutely confidential and is transmitted under the strictest security regulations, since we use the 128-bit SSL encryption method, which guarantees their confidentiality. These data will not be given to third parties.

Returns

Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you believe that the products you have purchased in our store do not meet your needs, you can return your order to us and you will receive a refund within 14 days after delivery (as established by European Ecommerce law). The return amount for all our products is the responsibility of the buyer, except for our mistake, where we will assume the shipping and collection costs with DHL. Vacuum valves that are working correctly are not accepted for return because even minor use ages them.

The product must be sent without visible marks of use: welding, scratches or pecks caused by you. Before shipping our products we make sure that everything is in perfect order.

Furthermore, if they come in cardboard boxes or covers, it is also essential that they be returned in perfect condition. You as a buyer are obliged to return the order to us exactly as we sent it to you so that we can refund you correctly.

If all of these requirements are not met, the claim will not be attended to. Orders that have been sent by DHL Parcel will have to be returned to a DHL Service Point or by you. In the case of DHL Express, a courier would come to pick you up at your home.

Regarding vacuum valves, returns will not be accepted except for defects, microphones or breakage during the journey. If you buy a vacuum tube that is working correctly and you are not satisfied with the sound and tone it gives in your amplifier, it cannot be returned due to the wear and tear that has already been given to it. Returns are also not accepted if the paired valves have a 10% difference between the first and last. All valves come with a warranty sticker that, if it does not appear at the time of return, the claim will not be attended to.

All new musical instruments have a 24-month warranty except those manufactured by us, which do not have a warranty, without prejudice to the particular conditions established by each manufacturer, and Mercury Magnetics transformers have a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. It is essential to attach a photocopy of the purchase invoice for the warranty coverage to be effective. The material must come with shipping paid by the client and will be sent with shipping paid by Electronica Baile. The warranty will lose its validity in the event of improper use or use that does not comply with the specifications of any product or in the event that any type of manipulation is carried out on the material by unauthorized persons.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If when purchasing a product once received, you are not convinced and want to exchange it, or return and recover your money, you have 14 business days from receipt of the order to request a return as established by the European Law for Ecommerce. Beyond this date no claim will be attended to (except for vacuum valves working correctly). We do not take care of the payment of customs and duties that the tax agency of your country requires to release the order. Any rejected or unpaid order required by customs and that arrives back to us will be subject to you paying the costs generated by the return.

The return must be made with the merchandise in good condition, in its original packaging. If you want to exchange a product you will have to return it using the indicated procedure and place a new order with the selected product. Finally, if the products received are in good condition, we will refund your money.
