How to place your order in Electronic Baile?

If you want to buy an item, add it directly to your order in "Add to cart". This will add the item to your order and will take you to a page where you can view everything you have chosen so far and the total purchase. Adding an item to the cart does not entail the obligation to buy it. You always have the possibility to return and correct your order, until the end of the process. To check the status of your order at any time, click on the link in the upper right with the cart icon where it says "Your cart". Remember that shipping costs are fixed from the first item and do not increase if you want to buy more

On the page dedicated to the order you can perform one of the following actions:

  • No. of units per item: if you decide to increase or decrease the number of units of a certain item, modify the quantity in the "Quantity" box and click on "Update cart" to view the new total.
  • Cancel an article: to cancel an item you just have to click on "Delete" and click on "Update cart" to recalculate the total amount of the purchase.
  • Confirm the order: if you have already decided which items you want to buy, click on 'Confirm order'. It will take you to the next step.

1. Insert billing and / or shipping information

On this page you must enter the billing and shipping information. Enter your personal data correctly to avoid future problems when sending your order (street, postal code, province ...). It is important that you leave us your mobile phone in case we have to locate you at any time and also so that you can know at all times where your order is when we send it to you by parcel with DHL. For international shipments we will use DHL Global Mail certified and express mail (tracking number + home or workplace delivery). If you want an alternative means, click on the "Shipping costs" section.

2.Select the shipping and payment method

Once you have given 'Continue' in the form with your data, you will see the page where you can select the Shipping way.

Then, on the same page, you can choose the form of payment that we suggest: bank transfer (we work with "La Caixa"), payment by card with payment gateway 100% Secure (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Iupay and American Express), hand delivery with the possibility of paying by card or Western Union from the page (canceled due to the Coronavirus crisis until further notice).

3. Click on "Complete your purchase" to confirm the order

You can make your purchases directly in person but first you will have to make an appointment or order from the online store and select the method of collection in store. We only accept payment in cash with the right money or by card with our physical POS (payment with Paypal is not valid in any case):

4. Company return policy:

Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you think that the products you have purchased in our store do not meet your needs, you can return them and you will receive a refund within 14 days of delivery. The amount of the return on all our products is borne by the buyer except for their own error or breakage during transport.

The product must be sent without visible signs of use: welding, scratches or pecks. Before sending our products we make sure that everything is in perfect condition.

In addition, if they come in cardboard boxes or covers, it is also essential that they be returned in perfect condition. You as a buyer are obliged to return the order to us as we have sent it to you so that we can make the refund correctly.

If you do not meet all these requirements, we will not respond to your claim.
